Please bring along friends and families to support this cause: monies raised all go to KHRAG - the kurdish human rights action group www.khrag.org. There are a massive amount of displaced Kurds worldwide as the Kurdish in their native land in Eastern Turkey are politically silenced. KHRAG raise money towards awareness newsletters and sending representatives to important EU, UN etc gatherings. |

DONNA MEJIA IN CAPE TOWN!
lectures - workshops - performance!!!
Venue: CURVESPACE, Woodstock
Date: 6th - 9th July 2011
Donna Mejia is the first global professor of Tribal Fusion to teach a full course in history, theory and technique. Based on her 26 years of teaching dance (15 at the university level), she is renowned as an outstanding instructor and critically acclaimed choreographer/performer. Donna will facilitate a weekend touching on everything from anatomical knowledge, to reading the capacities of students, to handling emotional tension in the classroom.
